Say yes

A lot of the time when we are moving from season to season during our progression through our Christian journey, the Lord positions us in a place where we are left to make a decision. These decisions are literally life or death; either make the decision that will advance your kingdom destiny which will always lead to life or make the decision to remain stagnant and stuck in whatever thing, person, or place that's holding you back.

Whatever is holding you back is only restraining you because the power in saying yes to our Maker will take you one step closer to accessing the inheritance each and every one of us has attached to our lives. The enemy does not want you to access that inheritance let alone look at it. The enemy will send all these distractions and hinderances your way in attempt to thwart you in any way possible. The enemy is not stepping in the way of your destiny because he has something better, he wants to lead you down the path of destruction he created for himself and all those who did not take heed to the Word of God. However, the Father being so gracious, allows us to see the deception. Allows us to see past the veil of whatever was sent to consume us. With our spiritual eyes being opened, we are now brought to that decision. Life or Death ?

Will we make the decision that seems hard? Will we choose the option that's unfamiliar to us? Will we choose having to leave some people, things, habits, thoughts, insecurities that we've held so hard unto? Will we choose to walk away from the toxicity causing our vines to not bear fruit? That decision is completely up to us.

Don't forget that in that decision in choosing life there's a purge. Whatever your are being separated from needs to be cut down, removed, singed, destroyed for your own good. There can't be any lingering substance of that impediment because it'll try to rein you back in and deceive you back into that sin. You can't tackle this obstacle by yourself.

The Lord will do it for you. He will step in, combat, and conquer any obstacle big or small. He will take you out of any stronghold, shackle, bondage that is trying to chain you. He will deliver you no matter how bad or sinful you think you past is. He will forgive you. He still loves and cares for you. All you have to do surrender onto Him. He will allow His everlasting grace and mercy to be upon you and cover you with your decision to choose life. He will pull you in when you're about to fall and catch you even when you're falling. Our Comforter, Friend, Confidant will guide you in taking those first steps towards tapping into the potential vested in you by the power of the Almighty God. All you have to do is say yes and not look back.
